I hate it, I really really hate it when I've got something eating away at me but I've got no one to confide in, no one to talk to, no one to let it out to. I would write it on here, but I just can't find the words and it's still just eating at me.

Know what you mean Chris. Sorry can't be around much as I'm off to America on Thursday so I'll be around very little. If you need to talk though I will when I get back I'll be glad too. Just take care and enjoy your holiday, Write some poems or sing some songs just don't let this get you.

But I just don't think any of my friends or indeed anyone my age would take this properly at all. It'd just distance me further from them as they would think of me weirder than they already do. And that's quite weird. Hurrumph.

What I do is ask myself what I would do. I know that sounds daft, but imagine a friend has told you the problem, and ask yourself what you'd tell them
That is if it's a problem which can be solved, and not something else
Just try and describe it best you can, no-one's going to mind if it doesn't make sense. Sometimes, just telling (or in this case - typing) it can make it seem like less of an issue. Even if no-one can understand it, if you can, then it might help
