"Should i buy xbox?"

I've been wondering if i should get an xbox for my birthday, so i need to know if it's worth £200. I know there are people out there who say it's a crap console (especially my friend) but there are honest people who like it aswell.

The fact of the matter is each console is better than another one at diffrent things and also vise versa, your the person who is buying it and the person most likely to play on it the most so you buy the one you most enjoy.

Everyone likes diffrent things, which is lucky for ugly people like me cause then i always have a chance to get a girl.

The problem comes when your parents go "it for you AND your sister" thats when the problem arises as the sister is only 9 yrs old and you end up buying games like barbie goes swimming.

If you really aren't sure borrow some consoles off your mates or try and get a demo play in some shops. See which one suits you most and buy it.
Of course I would recommend the Xbox :D

People in this forum aren't biased, but they're going to say 'yes'. You'll get info on the X-Box, but not on other consoles. I was merely pointing out that if you wanted a balanced view on each console, FOG (Chat) would be the best place to post.

No, that wasn't a 'fanboyish' comment, you just expressed your opinion about how you liked Nintendo consoles. Not;

"Xbx iz cr@p cos its blck nd th gams r wubbish" etc etc.

As long as it a valid opinion and not just a slagfest aimed at somebody else's console which they own and ENJOY playing on it will be accepted as a normal comment...

Ok now some will call me a fanboy but i dont care.
I always buy the nintendo console because every one ive had has never let me down, but if its another console im thinking of buying i always go to a mates with the console and ask if hed like to swap, i then play on the games that most intrest me.
If i like them i buy the console if i dont that console has no chance with me.
My advice is if your unsure play and decide.

this goes for all consoles and games, even if everyone says its brill dont just buy it as you might not and its you that your buying the game/consoel for isnt it?

yes it is worth it now seeing as the good games are going to be coming out soon...

Nah, I wouldn't buy one.
There are so many great games coming out in the next few months that you might die of excitement.
It's explosive stuff.

Its not really biased to post a topic here in this forum, after all most people here own the console and are in a position to comment.

I thought it was worth paying £300 for an XBox so as its only £200 you can't really go wrong. If you want one go for it.

Current games are good and the future looks so bright my eyes hurt But then again you knew I was going to say that.

If I were you, I'd post this in the FOG (Chat) forum, where you'll get a better and much more un-biased response. I'm not saying the people in here are fanboys, but you can pretty much guarentee they're going to say yes.
