"name" is an object handler as is "id" and "object" and is used for scripting or DHTML etc etc. It has no bearingon search engines. They still use "alt" and "title"

The was designed for screen readers as you could apply a more contextual meaning to your links and images.
Also, you don't need the BORDER=0 bit if the Image isn't a Link, and there is no real need to give an Image a name either unless you plan on changing it with JavaScripts or something.
Oh, and was an Image placement suppose to appear when I clicked, 'reply'???
