I have recently bought a Dreamcast Import game from Japan, and I want to buy a disk called the 'DC-X' made by Blaze, which allows you to play import games on ur DC without an 'chipping'... thats the safest route I want to go so I have two questions:
1) Does it work well? Is it as easy as everyone says it is?
2) Also, can you still play original PAL games on ur DC after u have used the disk because I heard that the CD reconfigures ur DC so that it can play import games, I was wondering if it permanently reconfigures ur DC ( cos I would hate it if I could not use my Pal games on my DC)
Thanx.
It is a myth Nomad, I can play import and PAL games on my Dreamcast now.

No worries C_K, it works fine. Just put it in the DC, wait for about 3 seconds (a little loading sound), then take it out and put the import game in. Simple.

Well I've had one and used it many many times with no problems. So I think the reconfigure thing is a myth.
