Now this evening when I trundled into my friendly local blockbusters I saw that "the LAst Castle" was out on DVD. HAving seen the trailer in the cinema and having meant to go and see it then, I banished the thoughts of "it could be another spy Game" from my head and decided to rent it anyway as it looked good. Anyway I have to say it was pretty damn good, a kind of "Shawshank" meets "The Rock" (the movie not some dodgy wrestler) anyway this pretty lame descriptive hybrid is suppose to describe a film that was both well led by story and enough action to keep me happy and is led by strong and corrupt characters with in a prison. Although slightly predictable in places it is nonetheless an excellently made film which has restored my faith in Robert Redford after that poor excuse for an "espionage Thriller". Seriously you should watch the Last castle and I would say to steer clear of the Spy game.
