Completed luigi's mansion, maybe touched it twice since.
Finished sa2b, haven't gone back.
Finished about 2 levels of star wars rl, and that was pleanty ;^)

So now you've all had a chance to get at least a couple of months play from your games, which still float your boat, and which gather dust?
What kept you coming back even after reaching the end?

To be completely honest, the only ones that have really kept my attention are burnout and super monkey ball. Everything else.. i just got bored.
But smb and burnout, it doesn't feel like trying to win, i'm just happy to be playing them. That seems pretty rare these days.

You?

I've only bought to games for my GameCube (Rogue Leader & SSBM) and I am still playing both of them to death. Burnout looked fun, but I'm waiting for Burnout 2.

I've had over 140 hours of game time on SSBM :D
I'm still not bored of playing single player.

I've almost got every gold medla on Rogue Leader, obvioulsy played it loads. And theres still Ace Mode to go!

Pikmin, played through three times, played challenge mode a fair bit, a good 45+ hours from this.

Played Luigi's Mansion trough twice, a good 30-35 hours here.

Played Tony Hawks for ages.

Haven't barely got started on Waverace yet!

SMB, not my favourite game, don't play it often, about 30 hours so far, still have expert to do.

But I just got my uber PC and aload of great games, so thats been keeping me off my cube for a while, but it's still primed and ready for quick blasts on SSBM inbetween Thief 1 & 2, Baldur's Gate, Morrowind and Jedi Outcast.

Being the rather clever boy I am I have parents credit card details on my PC (not PC PC, one of them note book things), and at 2:30am last night I pre-ordered turok, Mario Sunshine and Starfox adventures. I will also be ordering Eternal Darkness soon, as well as Animal Crossing and Metroid Prime closer to their release. Resident Evil I will pick up in Basildon SR the first time I go to the cinema after it's release. Some other games like Doshin I'm not sure of release dates. Oh, I'll pick up Timesplitters 2 in the shops too.

So, from the release of Turok onwards, it's no stopping my Cube, which is badly news for my GCSEs of course :(

Meh.

Monkey Ball- have played it in spurts ever since I got my Cube a little over a month ago

Rogue Leader- played it a lot when I got it, not so much recently, but only because I've nearly unlocked the last level and find it nea impossible to get decent medals on the 2 bonus missions where you play as Darth...

Wave Race- Like monkey ball, been playing it in spurts, not so much recently.

Tony Hawk 3- Been playing quite a lot, enjoying it, but only really playing to unlock the secrets- videos, extra characters, bonus levels, cheats, etc.

Smash Bros- played a lot when I first got it about a week and a half ago, got bored with it now, but I'm sure I'll enjoy MUCH more as soon as I get another pad, so I can have multiplay!

Got mazza on GAD, and want to get that Lost Kingdoms game for a bit of RPG action... Burnout looks nice too, but there's so many must haves coming out over the next few months I have to conserve money...

Ok. I've played through Luigi's Mansion 3 times, and messed around a bit too. Reasonable value, seeing as I picked it up for 25 quid.

Monkey Ball - played through Beginner, Advanced and Expert sets, as well as a little multiplayer (my friends and brothers don't like it very much), although Monkey target has had a few returns.

Pikmin - played through once. I've messed around with the Pikmin a bit (throwing reds/yellows into the water and then sending the blues in to rescue them). I've also had a few cracks at the one day challenge mode.

Rogue Leader - I've got every Gold except Endurance (obviously I played hard to get that much). I've got a Silver on Endurance only it took me 2 hours, and my concentration had left me (after just 50 waves).
My mind can't endure 4 hours of solid gaming (that's how long it takes to get a gold!).
Still, Rogue Leaders obviously had plenty of playtime.

Then there's Smash Brothers.
Over 120 hours of "Power time" in all.

Yes, the single player mode has gotten boring, but the multiplayer lives on, and will do for a lot longer yet!

Wow you totally summed up my Gamecube's life so far there.

Luigi's Mansion - Completed it, got a B rank first time, I've played it maybe once or twice since.

Star Wars - Nice fancy graphics but after I hit level 4 I got bored and rarely touched it since.

Tony Hawks - Love it, the game that's been siting in my cube since I got it (one week after launch) it's rarely been moved except for maybe when I played Luigi's again.

And that's it, my Cube isn't even set up any more and it's been like that for months, honest, I love Nintendo but these are just filler games I'm waiting on some killer stuff, come on Mario!
