Well that was pretty damn good. Kim escapes from the drezens, then jack kills them in a fit of rage. And then Nina kills Teri.

Opinions?

Ok, I've just borrowed the DVD box set from my mate and watched the whole lot over the last two days, brillian but with flaws obviously as these have been mentioned in the previous posts but the one thing that everyone seems to have overlooked.....what happened to Mylo?

He was there after taking Jamey's place and was doing ok and then just disappeared off the face of the planet?

By the way, anyone who's been to LA will know that it doesnt take 30 mins to travel from the docks to CTU wherever they are based, their ability to travel round LA was far to easy and far too quick for my licking and trust me I've been there 3 tines and know exactly how bad the traffic is.

Saying that, 24 is probably one of the best programmes/DVD I've ever watched, roll on part 2 in October :-)

I think that Terri and Nina swapped places. I mean, they looked exactly the same.
Also I think that Mandy was the girlfriend of the guy who helped Kym (what the hell was his name?)

If you like 24 you like this.

If you remember when Mandy was last seen, there was talk about another job. She agreed to do it, and that was the last we saw of her.

Also, they can easily bring Terri back for the next series, I mean she looked dead, and had lost blood, and Jack thought she was dead, but in TV land she certainly wouldn't have to be.

Also, I heard that the first episode in the next series will be shown without commercial breaks in the US, making it fill the hour. I'm not sure if it will be like this for the whole series, but if it is, then you're looking at a full 24 hours, rather than the 18 we actually got...

But hell, I loved the series, hardly missed any of it. Saw every episode, just switche don late a couple of times. Oops!

Ah yeah, but the terrorists where determined to get Jack, and the only way that seemed possible was through his family. That said, if these terrorists had enough resources and infomation to catch Kim and Terri, you'd think they'd be able stop them escaping on more than one occasion. I mean they aren't exactly trained commandos, it shouldn't have been that hard to keep them under lock and key.

The only real problem I had with the series was the stupid and pointless memory loss Terri had at one stage. It introduces Terri's doctor who was only in the show for a couple of episodes before he got shot, and that was the last we heard from him.

Still, with it's problems, of which there are a few, It's still one of the best shows I've seen in ages, and i look forward to seeing the second series next year. I just hope it's as good.

And how come that no-one mentioned the fact that terrorists blew up a plane for the rest of the day? I thought that would have been a pretty big deal for CTU. Or at least be on the news or something?

And why did Mandy have to shag that photographer to get his ID, couldn't she just steal it? And why did she start the second episode naked in the desert? Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Most enjoyable TV of the year though.

Yeah, and what happened to the photographer (sp?) in that power plant that gave Jack the gun to shoot Palmer.

A very good series, the only thing that I thought was a load of pap was Teri loosing her memory for a few episodes then it coming back, almost as if the producers were just trying to fill up time.
I think Kim and Teri got captured too much as well.

And if Palmer doesn't get elected then Mason is screwed.

I was in the live web chat with the guy that played david palmer. He said that the format of the show will remain the same.

she was the parachutist that blew up the plane.
