to be honest I'm cheesed off with mine. Since putting it in, I can't run IE, realplayer, or one or two other applications.
I installed that new driver available on their website, but no luck. I suppose it could be all manner of things, even my now dated win 98 operating system, but I am not that keen to fix it to go taking it to bits piece by piece. I will be putting in a new motherboard, ddr ram and chip soon, so if its still misbehaving then, then I may consider changing to win xp or something. Although I'm skeptical about putting a new O/S on my system. You tend to find all your old games don't work or something.

i got my geforce 4 today :D had a few probs but everything is up and running now (and it overclocks quite well too)

By trimming the edges did you possibly trim through a couple of circuits?? you should not have done that bye the way what are your system specs. P.s if your GrafX dont fit you need a wider Tower PC Case!!£49 max! for 1!

By trimming the edges did you possibly trim through a couple of circuits?? you should not have done that bye the way what are your system specs. P.s if your GrafX dont fit you need a wider Tower PC Case!!£49 max! for 1!

get a Gainward graphics card...they are kinda meant to be overclocked cos they actually supply software to do it and also actually have a guarantee for it even if you do overclock it!
i've ordered myself a Gainward 128mb Geforce 4 Ti4200 Golden Sample for 165 quid :D. so for the price of a normal 64mb GF4 Ti4200 i essentially have a GF4 Ti 4400 :D
(and gainward are a very respected company -not dodgy!)

Fret not Pappa Lazarou, I too have PCI only slots so am unable to get the high end GeForce 3 and 4 cards, but help is at hand. Someone has finally released a GeForce 4 card for all us PCI slot owners. It's a GeForce 4 MX420, and costs £89.99 well within my price range. It probably isn't the most powerful of the geforce 4 cards, but my geforce 2 is getting on a bit now, and I crave better graphics.
