Hello, and welcome to the Tonight show with me, your host, Old Mc Donald. Over the past weeks there have been many reports and rumours talking of the split up of the Mario Brothers. I’m here tonight to help piece up the information and tell you what actually happened.
It all started on the 11th June when Mario had his first heart attack, he was rushed straight to hospital with his brother by his side. There at the Mushroom kingdom emergency ward, Toads worked endlessly to save his life. After the operation Mario was advised to go on Holiday by his doctor. Mario left with his good friend Peach and her butler. After arriving on the Island certain things happened that Mario is still not coming to terms with.
Once he returned Mario suffered a second heart attack and was once again rushed to hospital. Luigi turned up as soon as he heard the news. Mario was put down for surgery once more. Whilst waiting for the operation he was told several times he may die. On hearing this news we planted a camera and several microphones in Mario’s room to catch the action as it happened, but we didn’t expect to see what we did.
The night before the operation Mario thought it would be a good idea to talk to Luigi, in case he didn’t make it through.
Mario: A-Luigi. I-a have something to-a tell ya.
Luigi: What- a ya talking-about-a?
Mario: Well-a I have- a secret.
Luigi: What-a is it?
Mario: Well-a it’s just that- a Peach and me. We are your parent-as.
Luigi: WHAT ?
Mario: It-a was a drunken-a mistake in- a Vegas.
Luigi: You’re- a lying!
Mario: No. I’m-a not. We-a tried to cover it up by-a doing innocent a things.
Luigi: What??
Mario: Well-a, the golf, parties and-a tennis. It-a was all-a cover up. When I-a went a-way-a on adventure you-a couldn’t come because-a we were doin’ it all-a night.
Luigi: But that means…
Mario: That’s-a right. I-a payed bowser to kidnap her and a- take her to a b&b for me
Luigi: I still think your lying!
Mario: Why-a?? Can’t you-a hacker that I could get someone like-a her??
Luigi: No. It’s-a not- a that it’s a just that me and-a Peach have-a been- on and off for years now.
Mario: Why that sl**. I’ll-a kill you. I’ll a kill you all!
At that point Luigi got up and ran away.
If you see a tall skinny man in green overalls, wearing a green hat with a big black moustache then rub your eyes and pinch yourself.
Is he still there??
If he is then call 0800-IT’S-A-ME
And press 135781055236541113 followed by the # key and ask for the missing plumbers department.
