"Anyone going to Herts Uni ?"

Just wondered if any of your horrible lot are off to Herts Uni? Im doing Computer Science there

I been to the UNI once about 3 years ago...dont really remember much about it to be honest...

Ah, its a 3 year course.

Can make it 4 year though and spend the third in Europe/North America. Although you only really should go Europe if you can speak the language...all i know is a bit of German and i only managed a D at GCSE for it! I'll think more about that later...would be cool i guess, spending one year in another country.

I know nothing about the Uni, nothing much about the course, havent been there, havent sorted out my loan...

haha, I only got the place in clearing, I was gonna take a year out but I got good grades and thought s*d it, ill go for it.

So is your course a sandwich, 3 year.... ???

Mine's a 3 year, can be sandwich and I can specialise in one of seven named areas to get a named degree.

Ah, you shoudnt be able to miss me...I'll usually be in my Maradona 86 shirt or my Ortega 10 shirt :)

Yeah heard of it, I live in Ware, next to hertford. I dont drive so i will be getting the Uni bus or getting lifts with my mate, hes doing Automotive Engineering.

I Live in Letchworth.

I'm doing a combined modular thingy degree so its kinda different methinks.

Still ends up as a normal degree in the end but i just do 3 subjects in the first year.

Ye, i'm staying at home. Just gonna drive there, only 20-30 minute drive.

My A-levels were AB and my AS-levels were AC

Im at the hatfield campus aswell, you sure yours is there, I know the main Business campus is in hertford but I dunno if all Business degrees are there.

I only just got in there. I needed CCC to get into my course but only got CEE, was proper crappin myself as to whether i was in or not...

Was damn relieved when i called them up and they said i was in :)

Cool, I wasnt going until today, complete surprise results and I did quite well !

So I got in through clearing, they begged for me so I did the right thing and accepted their offer! haha
