Incase you're not doing so already, try downloading it from Reaper's web server. Worked first time for me. :)

Go to www.download.com and type in powerarchiver in the search box, that'll open RAR files, and pretty much every other type of archive including ZIP files.

Stupid file

Someone ought to host a Legacy Doom 2 server, fantastic little port of Doom and its follow-ups, 3D hardware enhacement supported and it boosted the number of players you can have in from 8 to 32. They're doing a version for Hexen now...

If nobody can find it I'll dig out a link later.
