Given that I have never played any of the RE series (is that such a shame?) Should I get RE or ED, at the moment i can only afford one, so which one should i get?? Pros and cons of each,

There's a review of ED in the new NGC, and a fairly large preview on RE.

From what i've seen ED is better

I'll got both...possibly because I'm stupid.

I'd get ED. It's made by Nintendo and is a better idea.

I won't get either(might rent them though)
Survival horror isn't my type of genre

I have played the original Resi a fair amount. I may be tempted to buy it, but if I but a Resi game it will more likely be Resi 0. I will definitely get ED. Looks great to me, with some innovative ideas.

After reading the review in NGC im swaying in the direction of ED.

I'll be getting ED myself.
With mario sunshine, starfox, burnout 2 and at least one of the 4 big fpses also making the pre-christmas wanted list, i doubt resi will get a look in for me.

Sadly, on hype it seems ED sales will suffer behind resi's success for exactly the same reasons.

Well RE is out a good 6 weeks before ED.

I believe most people are saying that ED is the better game. RE only really beats it on graphics.

ED will probably last longer too.

Depends if you can wait until November.
