Everyone I know gets spam in their hotmail inbox, but I don't get any (I have an msn account, don't know if that makes any difference). I take offense I want spam! I might want to have adverts for porn site in my inbox! hmpf.

I know I can solve at least two of those. ;)
If you have error reporting enabled in IE, it won't stuff all the windows up, just the one that broke. It'll even restart a new instance of IE to replace it.
Pop-up windows are killable, try out NoAds, you can find it at ww.SouthBayPC.com in the free programs section. ;)
