Yesterday Activison confirmed that they would be publishing the third game in the Worms series, the first to be set in full 3D.

I remember when Worms 2 was first released.
They did an article about how people said they should make it in 3D, only they refused because it wouldn't work at the time.
So if the series is going 3D, that can only mean that they've found a way.
Also, Worms 2 was when the style changed to give the worms their current look (before, in the old worms games, the graphical style was very different, as was the music), perhaps the worms will change in appearance again. It'll be cool if they look like they did in the classic worms FMV sequences!
It would also be nice if you could unlock older games in the series as secrets.
