I'd heard of it before, but not to the extent of knowing what it does (though i understand it to be an image manipulation utility), where to get it, or if it's really any good.
Any info would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Stupid Adobe, now I have to find the CD again...
Just have to wait until i can afford photoshop elements.
Thaks for the help tho guys :^)
Used to have photoshop on the computer when i picked it up second hand, but had to reformat the hdd and lost it.
Been thinking about photoshop elements though..
Anyway, got lost in the technical words that went over my head and many things i needed to download and link together last time, so i'm off to try and figure out what i'm doing again now.
Anyway, Gimp's a good tool, have you got Photoshop, Fireworks or PSP already?
It's a photoshop replacement. Not as good as Photoshop in some, better in some, kicks Photoshop right out of the window in a few. It needs a lot of work to get the best out of it, and in the end you'll just end up loving the one you use most and hating the one you use least for not being the one you use most.
*shrug*
When you install it, hint: right-click.
