Drinking is fun, overdrinking is 50 50 because there's lots of bad things that can happen. I know.

Once you're legal it looses some of it's "specialness" but it's definently more fun on the whole with your mates. Pub Crawls.

Some beers taste rank as hell steer clear of them, and mank because that's what you drank when you were 15, you're a man now drink a "real" beer.

All fun and games, but it's either Glasgow or Edinburgh (I forget which one, and they're both the same city if you ask me, heh) has one of the highest crime rates in Great Britain, and some of the highest amounts of substance abuse. Tut tut, AfroJoe, what HAVE you been getting up to, eh?

Anyway, I know what you mean, I'm still weary about going up to the counter on occasion, because I don't drive and don't have a passport, so I don't have any form of ID - which means, despite the fact that I've looked over the age limit for the last three years almost, and the fact that I *am* over the age limit, I can still get knocked back. Which sucks

I could pass for 18 because I've bought booze before... but I was scared incase they threw me out alone on Glasgow on a Saturday night.

Hey, drinking made boring nights good back when we were young. Now it's legal for me to drink, the fun has gone because, well, it's not illegal anymore. If you'd been lashed, you'd know why people drink.

Having one beer a day is good for you, and my friends and I often crack open a couple of cans just to get mellow, and talk. Drink makes stuff fun

Anyway, SHEEPY, you're saying you couldn't pass for 18? I remember the first time I got into a club, when I was 16, and I didn't get stopped by the bouncers. Oh how I laughed. Too bad it was awful inside

Hmm, I've only had ONE SIP of alchohol in my life. And then it was putrid.
Beer it was...disgusting.

I like Lambrusco, a light, white 1% volume wine :-D

I hide in the back of pub and make older mates get booze... then I get too drunk and start talking to bar staff.
