I tried to verify it with google but dont seem to be able to add the meta tag or html as they require. i queried this with freeola and they say it is not possible at the moment??
So I registered it with google and if I do a google search for find used golf clubs with spaces it does not come in search results. However if i search findusedgolfclubs it comes up trumps. But I am sure searchers will search with spaces or + or a combination of these words. Any suggestions??

Hi Eccles
I have done exactly what you suggested and it worked fine, thanks great help
Good news! If you are trying to use Google Webmaster Tools you can now get your Instant Site verified by:
signing into you Webmaster Tools account and choosing to verify your site by uploading a file.
Google will tell you to upload a file named something like: 'googledede39ac5465496c669.html'.
Copy the name (without the .html),
go and edit your instant site and create a new page.
Name the new page using the name Google have provided (googledede39ac5465496c669 in my example).
Check your test page is viewable live.
If it is then go back to your Webmaster tools account and click Verify.
Google should now accept your site and you can now delete your test page!
