This game would be for the N64 or the Gamecube.
It would start with a menue with fore options.
There would be Adventure Mode, Stadium Mode, Battle Mode and Classic Mode.
Adventure mode would be like the Gameboy games but 3D and with all 251 pokemon.Stadium mode would be like Pokemon stadium for N64 (Brilliant game), but with all 251 pokemon and you can use rental pokemon, the pokemon from a Gameboy or pokemon you cought on the Adventure mode. Battle mode would be for Multiplayer.In Classic mode you would be able to choose any Pokemon game for the Gameboy.

I hate pokemon, but i thought i'd tell you that a game like this is coming out, all 251 are in it, it's on the GCube, you go around like the GB version but when people want a fight it's usually held in a stadium. It will be one of the launch titles for the GCube, might be good, but I hope it will be so bad that they have to stop all production on pokemon.
