So, we went down again today, after being assured it would be open till 7 this time. We got there at about 4, and they were indeed still open, so we sat down with these two "advisors" and we told them we wanted to do more A levels, as even if we both passed the two ones we'd just done at 6th form, that's not enough to go to Uni. So the very rude man and the evil, glaring woman sat next to him, blabbed on for ages that he "didn't have the whole picture" because we didn't know our results yet, despite the fact that we told him it didn't matter if we had passed or failed, we were going to do more A levels anyway. That didn't seem to sink in with him, and he kept going on about us probably passing (though we both know we've failed) and how he wouldn't let us enroll for "our own good" and stuff like that. I went into "high school mode" and leant back on my chair (got hacky looks from them for that) and stopped listening, leaving the talking to Joanne - who was getting angrier by the minute. In the end, she said we'd go to another college and we walked out. As a final insult, instead of stealing the pen they'd given me, as they expect you to, I threw it at a potted plant as we went out
And these colleges are meant to WANT people to join!
And SHEEPY is right, it is a pretty poop college, but it had one year A level courses, and is the easiest to get to out of the bunch for Joanne and I
> You know you two aren't exactly helping

We are. We're mocking, and you want the mocking to stop. This will drive you to new levels of effort to enroll at a college to compensate for your sheer and abject failure.
:)
Maybe I just rule.
So meh :p
Us drivers mock you. Hoho.
Anyway, Joanne and I are looking to Tynemouth college, which looks pretty good and has a better reputation. But it's harder to get to. Grr, if only one of us had a car!
:-D
