I have no idea what on earth your talking about in your post so I'll talk about the title, GTA3 on the GBA would blow. It'd be a driver rip off which also blows. Besides, there's a contract betweem Roackstar and Sony meaning the GTA series will stay on the PS2 for a while yet....which blows.
