Lately, the citizens of the Mushroom Kingdom just aren’t happy with what they get. There have been odd love affairs between the royals. The princess’ aide, Toad, quit his job after an intense and violent argument at the palace. We’ve even seen Luigi appear on Room 101-B and complain about the kingdom as a whole. The most recent complaints, though, have come from the public, who are unhappy about the costs when it comes to public transport.

Paratroopa Airways are currently dealing with, no less than, two hundred customers who believe they have paid too much for flying. Those customers are all asking for refunds. The airline’s response to this, so far, has been limited due to the work overload in the complaints department. One mushroom person told us that she had paid 50 coins to travel first-class but felt that she was treated like an economy class customer. The former owner of Pidgit Airlines, whose business collapsed after a lack of pilots, sent us a report showing how Paratroopa Airways’ customers have been dissatisfied for a long time.

Pipeline, the company that runs 95% of the kingdom’s warp pipes, are also under fire from the gold-digging eyes of the public. “Slowness, diversions to the wrong places and even collisions inside the pipes,” are the current problems with the service, according to one member of the public. Pipeline refused to give any statement. However, Piranha Pipes, the company that controls the other 5% of the warp pipes in the kingdom, told us that Pipeline’s service has been poor for some time. Piranha Pipes even publicly offered a cheaper, yet more reliable, service. Whether the public will accept this offer is unknown as the company does have a disreputable name.

It would seem that the kingdom has a large problem communicating with it’s public. The government in the Mushroom Kingdom will need to listen more carefully to the wants of the public and act quickly upon them. If not, many transport businesses may go bankrupt and the economy could suffer. The only defence that the transport companies have is the fact that money is so easy to come by. Coins can be found lying all over the place and the companies may well blame the public for being too lazy to just go and pick it up.
