Hello,I have tried and tried to understand this cheat ''Start the game with the command line "+developer1" (ie c:Kingpinking-pin.exe +developer1 ) Then use the ~ key to bring down the console during the game'' but I don't understand!
Where do u write that,in a readme file?

Make a shortcut to the game, then right-click it and choose properties...
If you then look in the path dialog box you'll see it says something like "c:\wheveryouputthegame\kingpin.exe". Add +developer 1 after the quotation, and click apply, then OK. Now whenever you use that shortcut the game will start with developer status, allowing you to use the cheats.
For reference also, its not the ~ key - thats just for US keyboards, whenever you're told to press ~ to bring down the console in a game, the key you actually use on a UK keyboard is ` - its to the left of 1 at the top of your keyboard.
