It's a film by Mike Judge, famed for Beavis and Butthead, that's probably what an office drama comedy directed by Kevin Smith would turn out like. Some of the jokes are a bit lame, but it's still managed to build up a cult following. And cult is good, if not a little unwashed.
Basically a guy is disillusioned with his job at an office, and after a hypnosis mishap, he becomes chronically relaxed, with the consequence that he no longer cares about his job and so does as little work as possible. This is the best part of the film, mainly because it is probably the closest celluloid representation of what Goaty dos in his job, minus the random acts of lesbianism :-)
It's not up to Kevin Smith standards, but it's still good.
the website for the movie is still up and running, its at www.officeguy.com

And Michael Bolton too
Michael Bolton: Yeah, well, at least you're name isn't Michael Bolton.
Samir: You know, there's nothing wrong with that name.
Michael Bolton: There WAS nothing wrong with it. Until I was about 12 years old, and that no-talent-ass-clown BECAME famous and started winning Grammy's.
Samir: Why don't you just go by Mike, instead of Michael?
Michael Bolton: No way! Why should I change it? He's the one who sucks.
It's fantastic, just to watch the Middle Eastern guy go mental at the photocopier.
