I've been to a couple of funerals in the last 6 months, and started thinking about my own. I think a theme funeral might be the way to go, with everyone dressed like they're in a western, with the service done by a Red Indian, and arriving in a wagon.
But I stray from my point, what I was thinking was about appropriate music that could be played.

If I die young, then Robbie Williams "Old Before I Die" should be played, for ironic effect and all.
Should I die in a house fire then the Bluetones "Keep the Home Fires Burning" would be my song of choice.
Should I die in a flood, then Travis' "Why Does It Always Rain On Me?" might be appropriate.
And as I plan on being cremated, as my coffin goes behind the curtains I think that "Fire In My Heart" by the Super Furry Animals could be quite a laugh. Or I could really upset the relatives and have "The Man Don't Give a ****", also by the Super Furry Animals.

There, that'll cheer you up!

My mate just died and she had some raggae playing, it was also raining very hard and lots of people were smoking, not very nice but she would have loved to see so many miserable people, there were no songs about car crashes, i'm sure there is, but I don't think that people would have stayed to hear it through.
Nice choice of songs though, will your relatives be going to some line dancing afterwards? sounds funny.
