“Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is for the Cruiserweight title and is scheduled for one fall!” As we return from the adverts here at SRW Eclipse, in what has already been an action packed show, Tony Chimmel is just beginning with the intros for what should be a good cruiserweight match-up. “ Introducing first...” “STAND BACK...THERE’S A HURRICANE COMING THROUGH!” “...Weighing in at 215 lbs, The Crusierweight Champion...THE HURRICANE (RM18)!” Hurricane makes his way to the ring looking every inch the real-life comic book super-hero.
Cheesy Japanese sounding music hits. “And Ladies and Gentlemen, The Challenger...from Japan, weighing in at 209 lbs...TAJIRI!” Tajiri (Starlight) makes his way to the ring, scowling at the fans here who boo him as he does so. Tajiri jumps over the ropes and as the bell rings he nails The Hurricane in the head! That was a stiff kick! Tajiri makes the cover...

Early two count for Tajiri as the Hurricane rolls the shoulder at two!
Tajiri is up and going for the follow up, but Hurricane with the Irish whip to the ropes and as Tajiri comes back he hits a big clothesline. Hurricane pauses to hide behind his arm before spinning off the ropes and hitting a corkscrew elbow on Tajiri! Hurricane drags Tajiri back to his feet instead of going for the pin and whips the japanes buzzsaw into the corner. Hurricane follows in, but Tajiri jumps into the corner, turns and locks The Superhero in the TARANTULA!!! Mike Sparks counts to four before Tajiri breaks the illegal hold!
Hurricane slumps to his knees and Tajiri stamds right in front of him. The Japanese buzzsaw gestures and positons himself...STIFF KICK TO THE FACE of The Hurricane! That looks like a knockout blow! Tajiri makes the cover...

Tajiri has...no hang-on FOOT ON THE ROPES! We didn’t see it from our camera angle but referee Mike Sparks apparently did as this match continues! An irate Tajiri gets up and gets right in the face of the zebra! Hurricane uses this distraction to scramble to his feet and he runs to the corner and climbs to the turnbuckle AND!!! HE’S GOT HIS CAPE!!! Hurrican attatches the cape to his shoulders...and as Tajiri turns around he flies with a huge crossbody! Hurricane lands in a pinning position on top of Tajiri!

Hurricane back to his feet. Kip-up by Tajiri, Tajiri goes for a spin kick but the Hurricane ducks and he spins into position for the EYE OF THE HURRICANE!!! BUT!!! Tajiri pushes Hurricnae off into the ropes and as he comes back GREEN MIST!!! But Hurricane got the arm up and using his super hero pose blocked the mist, which harmnlessly splatters on his arm! Hurricane grabs Tajiri by the throat...
CHOKESLAM!!! Out of nowhere The Hurricane just chokeslammed Tajiri! The champion looks surprised as anyone that he actually hit his signature move! But wait...what’s this? The fans boo as Funaki runs down the ramp and on to the apron! Referee Mike Sparks blocks him coming into the ring as The Hurricane points an angry finger at Funkai! LOOK! Taka Michinoku just ran through the crowd and into the ring! MICHINOKU DRIVER!!! Taka places Tajiri on top of The Hurricane and scrambles out of the ring as Funaki drops down off the apron! Referee Mike Sparks turns and sees the cover being made...
