Where can I find the log in details and email addresses of subscribers to my Forum as I wish to contact somebody re making them a moderator. I know I can make them a moderator online but I would like to contact them by email! Is that possible? Also how much information and access to my details does an external moderator have?

I'm afraid you can't access details such as a moderators e-mail address when using a MyForum. The system works the same as as these forums and we don't allow you to email individual members. All you can do is view their profile. With regards to moderator access to your details, that is also the same as on these forums. They can view your profile and that is all.

I'm assuming your query relates to a 'Freeola Forum' install rather than a third party one?
I'd love to help, but that's one of the few Freeola offerings I don't use and haven't got access to. I'm sure Eccles will be along soon to answer your query :¬)
