I doubt Lord H is 13 given that he is soon to embark (or is currently undertaking) a Masters....if my memory serves me right.

As for the Acne thing, how can the excessive production of sebum (which blocks up the pores in skin) instigated through hormonal imbalance, and thus causing the dreaded polifertaion of spots, be any way connected to someone's personality on this site?

It's akin to saying "so and so critised my post, not because it was poorly written but due to him being a ginger!"
