Hey, it's normal for people to get upset ..human emotion and all that. It's just how you behave when you do feel anger and how you react to the stimulus. Choose to "respond," or not. :) That's the beauty of it, you have the choice when you maintain your power. Reacting is just giving it away.
Anyways, perhaps you might want to redirect your energies in more positive avenues, so that you don't have latent anger issues that become underlying issues.. *sigh* Inevitably, and unfortunately, a lot of the time it gets dumped on people who are undeserving of the nasty baggage.
