The only reason Herc doesnt like it is cos of the moth's that fly around the levels !!

Hercules or Mattt whatever, is still telling me it's crap and he actually means it. He got all brutal on me.
The guy has some strong feelings on this game.
I may get it, if I NEEEEED a game. But otherwise Herc wins.

It's basically the game that would have been Crash 5 if Red Dog hadn't sold the name to Universal. Universal just came out with a rehash of Crash 3 and made a total balls up of the loading times between levels - terrible programming.
The moves that are used by J&D are basically the same as Crash but the platforming is done in a 3D environment though there is still some liniarity (If thats a word !) to it.
It's a good platformer - the best on PS2 at the mo and well worth a go if you like these types pf games - especially if you liked the earlier Crash games - but it is bound to be eclipsed when the next instalment comes out and also Ratchet and Clank is looking as if it might be quite good too.

Jak and Daxter was cool, great looks, lovely adventuring but you deserve credit at the end of a game and an actual ending, not some stupid ok lets end the game here and carry on in the sequel!!!
