No, you were right the first time. I'm half Scottish, hence I suck by 50%. The place drains all the fun out of me whenever I'm there.

Something weird keeps happening though
Just before the sun sets (about half hour before) the clouds clear and it looks nice and sunny, then it sets and rain starts again.

So's Wales mate, whatever the forecast it rains. In fact there is a rather strange phenomenom when you cross the severn bridge. There is a blanket of rain as you pass into the 'Welcome to Wales' sign....
And the Scottish and Welsh are always dissing England!
What about the Irish, do they get some sort of hybrid between English and Scottish weather?
