Not sure if any of you guys are members of the hotukdeals forums (A site and forums that list cheap deals and discount codes for popular items found online) but at the moment they are running a treasure hunt competition. First 10 clues have been posted today with 10 more to come over the next few weeks. Everyone who gets the correct answer gets £5 amazon voucher and entered into a draw to win a TV.

If you are not a member you can sign up for free. Just need to make 30 posts in their forums before the end of the month (without spamming) to be eligable to enter the comp.

For the first 10 clues you work out the keyword(s) then use them to search their forum for a thread containing burning numbers. Convert these to letters to give you the first half of a code. Next 10 burning numbers will appear at random in new deal threads over the next few weeks.

First Clues
Clue 1: Your arch-enemy
Clue 2: (The opposite of white) + (a snake)
Clue 3: (Have a drink here) + (a buzzing creature) + (can’t play pool without it)
Clue 4: Ludwig van…………………
Clue 5: Sounds like: (Past tense of sit) + (not heaven) + (not heavy)
Clue 6: (Complimentary) + mans
Clue 7: Another word for big, gigantic, huge, massive
Clue 8: (Teeny weeny) + (type of cooked potato)
Clue 9: This number is somewhere on Boxing day 2005
Clue 10: A popular tissue brand

Not much required to get a £5 voucher so I’m giving it a go - could even help each other out with answers if need be.
