At first I would have said it's a good thing as he wont be able to see all the pictures of his mummy that are about and how much of a sl*t she is. But even if his mum's a ho that made his birth a public event, it's still pretty sad.

I'm with you here. Something like 14,000 people/die are born every hour, and why we should care about 'Harvey' any more than any other disabled baby is anyone's guess. I do have sympathy, but I'm not gonna lose sleep over it.
