can n e one remeber the black ps1 that u were supposed to be able to connect to a pc n make games. i think u could send a game that u made into the official playstation magazine and the best went on the demo disk i think they were called net yahozy or summit like that. can you still get the black playstations still and can u still make games?

Errrrr... it's a high level computer language... kinda like Basic, but a LOT harder. If you don't know it, I highly suggest you get a book and learn how to program in it before you buy the yaroze!

Ok...

From what I know, you'll need a pretty good knowledge of C++. Things as complex as making graphics engines and physics engines. That said, there are some code libraries with the software, so you can use them (BUT you will need to know C++ in order to know what they do!).

You will only need the console, a PC and a CD burner to create games that you can then play on Yaroze (Ithink it plays burnt games, but I might be wrong.)

There are some sites online where people post there games. Have a look on google and do a search for more info.

Ultima Weapon, don't be such a spacko. I agree that Bob did use far too much text speak, but these's no reason to tell him to get bent over it. Under all that texting was a fairly reasonable question- he wanted to know about the Yaroze PSX as a way to do some bedroom coding.

BTW Bob, you should know what you're in for- you'll need to know a fair bit about C++... it's not just a packae that makes the game for you after a few hours of drawing stuff!

If you do get the yaroze, post back here and let us know your impressions!

Also, you should of known there was black playstations, They've been out approx. 6 year.
