The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
I was just looking through some of the threads and noticed that your user status is based on how long you have been registered for and not how many posts.
I know it has been like this since the new-look freeola, but there are regulars that have posted 2 posts, whilst regular New Users have 100's. I can remember a time that you couldn't make the jump to regular until you had posted over 300 non-spam posts.
It's not really a problem, it's just when people generally spot a "regular" we associate them knowing all the rules/netiquette of the forum and to see some of the recently warned/banned members were regulars it just gives a bit of a bad image. On the positive side the "post count" usually indicates what experience they have.
...plus, whilst I'm here - has the "notable" status from SR gone for good? It used to get the forum buzzing during the election campaign/election process and may provide more traffic to the forum?
Well, there's a few suggestions that I hope you consider. Other than that, it's a great forum to be on and thanks for keeping it running!
