and bought that instead...
my home computer is really phat... p4 2ghz, 512mb ddr ram etc...and my old card was a Geforce 2 MX (which is the lower range of the Geforce 2 cards)
now my pc games such as Neverwinter Nights, Warcraft 3, Soldier of Fortune 2 look brill! the geforce 2 MX does get the job done (just) though
now do you think i should take my new graphics card back and get the gamecube instead...
if i do i need to do it sometime soon!
I'd personally stick with the sexy geforce 4.
Sure the Geforce 2 may give out the power for the games you have at the moment, but soon enough games will be demanding more power.
The Gamecubes worth getting just so you can get Mario Sunshine when it comes out, this game is gonna be amazing.
- Super Smash Bros Melee -
Truly marvellous multiplayer - the more people playing, the better. I've found that the one player mode is kinda tiresome... but the urge to unlock the multitude of extra characters and levels will insure that it lasts a damn long time.
-Spider-Man: The Movie -
Heh heh. I'm taking this Spider-Man fan thing too far now (squeezing Spidey into any post I can), but this really is a fantastic game. It's got corny Spidey one-liners, plus there's nothing that matches the feeling you experience while swinging around the city, battling supervillians like the Vulture and the Green Goblin. This really is a must-buy, especially if you're only starting off with one controller.
Rogue Leader - Great for one player. Lasts ages.
Super Monkey Ball - Great multiplayer, good one player, very difficult.
Super Smash Brothers Melee. - Unbeatbale multiplayer, good one player.
Wave Race: Blue Storm - Naff.
Luigi's Mansion - Too short. Good while it lasts.
Pikmin - Not as short, but excellent while it lasts.
