Why can't I get the secret levels for advanced? I completed it without using any continues and it won't give them too me!

I tried kicking it and it doesn't wanna give them too me!

Anybody know any other good techniques?

Yay! I completed Expert!

I just gotta cut down on my continues by about 30 odd...

How hard is it to unlock master mode?

Finally did it, but can't do the last special level!

And that damm level 7 on Expert!

I hate it!

I either do something stupid or I get a spasm in my thumb while doing the really thin bit...

Try kicking it a little harder ;)

Isn't it getting through without losing a single life for beginner and advanced?
