I Have seen official info about Grand Theft Auto Vice City a guy working on the game at Rockstar has posted info about the game saying you will NOT be able to enter buildings only on missons and you will be able to steal motorbikes and chopters armed and unarmed the city will also be one city but will be double the size of the 3 islands on GTA3 see more info at www.ebworld.com and look at GTA Vice City previews it should be on the 1-4 preview pages there are also strong rumours that you'll be playing as the main character called Kent Paul there are hints of this at www.KentPaul.com
