After the jeep dropped use off at 0800 hours on the edge of the pokemon forum we head for our destination, base camp. On the way we’ll see some incredible sights not before seen by man. Some come on, let go on an adventure threw the forums!

Not even half an hour into our expedition and we have already stumbled across what appears to be the ruins of a lost civilisation. Once full of life (and people) the city of pokemon seems deserted. Located right in the centre of this barren wasteland we can see that the main city was developed around a large stone temple.
Lets go up the steps to investigate the temple to see what we can find.
Oh my god! At the top is a stone alter with the carcass of a dead regular chained to it. There are cuts over his arms and legs and his stomach has been spilt open.
There’s something about this place that gives me the creeps. Lets get out of here and head into the jungle of chat.

The jungle of further chat is densely populated with all kinds of forum members.
There is noise coming from the clearing ahead, I’ll go see what it is.
Just as I expected, a large group of newbies mucking about with nothing to do.
You can see by the way that the newbies’ bodies are built that they are weak and frail having just entered the forums. They don’t really know what they’re doing and as a result come under constant attack from predator regulars.
And here’s one now. He’s hiding in the bushes ready to pounce.
There he goes, ah yes it’s a stryke. The strykes main features are its long silky mane, its pointy claws and razor sharp teeth.
The newbies run in terror as he rips through them one by one. With in moments its all over, the group have disappeared into the wilderness and the stryke begins to feast on the copses of the ones that didn’t get away.

We’ve seen the newbies and now here are the regulars. Even though they differ in size there biochemistry is virtually the same. At this point in time it would be hard to say which species is which but from what I can see there are around 3 here.
There’s the afrojoes, which really just looks like black vegetarian puffballs on legs.
ishAnd here’s a mojojojo from the movie forums that seems to be making the bunch of edgys laugh by prancing about and pretending to be a Mr. Snuggly.
Hey what’s this? A newbie is trying to enter the group. This is very strange. You see newbies usually only try to upgrade themselves after a certain amount of time and experience but this one seems to be riding into the wind going in with only a few posts under his belt.
And there it is just as I thought; a Davyboy that jumped down from the trees looking for an easy meal savages the newbie to death.

We’ve now come to the Sony forum (which is also covered by dense vegetation) and to a river where a mating ritual is going on in secret. Lets take a sneaky peak.
Here we see a mystique sat on the bank. She has a bright yellow fluffy coat, walks on all fours, has a feline sort of face and is mainly a vegy but is know to eat JaTs from time to time.
The two males trying to compete to mate with her are a hybrid valves and a loki.
They take it in turns fetching the mystique items from around the area of her sight and once she receives something she likes she will chose to mate with the supplier.

finally after creating a pile around 3 feet high loki offers mystique a Gad stone (very precious around these parts) and she excepts it. Loki follows her into the bushes with a smug look on his face and the hybrid walks away in shame.

We seem to have come across a very uncommon animal, a Grix Thraves.
He belongs to the family of the notable and has only been spotted on one other occasion by the great explorer Cdouch 23 years ago. You can tell by the size of the cranium that its brain has almost fully developed into one of a man.
Cdouch once noted down that this might be what others are calling bigfoot.
Lets try and approach him shall we.

Wait! Did you hear that! That sounded like the roar of the great silver back Tony!
But I thought that was only a myth. I was told once that there lived a great and powerful being in forums named Tony. It commanded all the staffies such as the hybrid we saw earlier and others like a Brad.
There’s the roar again. And wants this? The grix is getting up and is beginning to walk in the direction from which the roar came.
Lets follow it!

This area is booming with rare and exotic animals from sheepys to snipers.
And look, up there on the hill. If I’m not mistaken that is the great silver back Tony sitting on a stone thrown.
Lets lay low so as not to be spotted.
Look, it’s the hybrid we saw earlier with his tale between his legs looking humiliated..
The great silver backed Tony seems to be shouting something to the hybrid. It roughly translates to “you fool! How could you let this happen? Why didn’t you have offered the GAD first?! Now were going to have little loki’s running about everywhere screwing the place up!”
And look now, there’s the loki. This could get interesting.

don't look now but every animal in the place is staring at us with a full set of teeth showing.

well we finally got to base camp at last. And look what I picked up while we were running. Yes it’s a goatboy. Isn’t it cute. Do you want to stroke him? Ok well if you don’t want to you don’t have to.
