I have to say, my main man on SmackDown this week was Chavo Guerrero JNR. He's not a conventional Cruiserweight, as in he's not actually that high-flying (obviously he can though). But, I was extremely impressed by his fluidness (is that the right word?) in the ring, and the way he applied those submissions with ease. I reckon he's been wasted lately, and hopefully with addition of him, Rey Mysterio and in a few months the returning Scotty and the upcoming Shannon Moore, it should make for a fantastic Cruiserweight division.
Quite a lot of solid matches this week, the 6-man tag was exciting and I like the decision of Stephanie McMahon. Her and Eric Bischoff should be an interesting pairing, and of course I'm on her side for two reasons. One, I prefer the Smackdown brand, and two, she's hot. :D
Rock's promo with Bischoff was quite funny, although I happen to like Frasier. {:)
What do we think on the Triple H situation? I don't care all that much, but I do have a small feeling that he may join RAW and turn heel. That would be brilliant, because he's naff as a face.
Rock will always be on Smackdown, but I'm hoping they can rekindle the tag team division. I think the best way to do it would be to bring the Hardys, Buh Buh and Bradshaw over to Smackdown, and then you'd have Billy and Chuck, the Hardys, the Dudleyz, the APA, Hogan and Edge and Team Canada. Problem is, Bradshaw is Hardcore Champion and it wouldn't leave RAW in a very good situation.
Easy way out? Put the Tag Team Champions on both shows, like the Undisputed Title.
Enjoyed both shows this week, and quite looking forward to Vengeance...apart from one thing.
CHRIS JERICHO ISN'T ON THE CARD!!
I think I'm a curse on people. If I support them, they won't get a place on PPVs.
Anyway, I've bantered on enough now, and I'm off to do a massive dump.
Does anyone know why they decided to put the match from Velocity in during SmackDown???
If not just make a Tag Team of the Filthy Animals - Rey Mysterio JNR and Billy Kidman!
They were brilliant.
Shannon Moore should be good as well, he was impressive in WCW and can do some good promo's. They could even add a few more Crusierweights if they want to splash out the money on such stars as "Sugar" Shane Helms, Juventud Guerrera, Jimmy Yang (Out of Jung Dragons Faction)
Talking of Factions, they could have a Jung Dragons group like in WCW to fued with Team Canada. Thoughts?
All these new kids appearing on SmackDown all have talent. John Cena performed well against Jericho, Randy Orton can be very good andeven Jamie Noble, despite being a really bad actor, has talent in the ring.
SmackDown now just needs to bring a few characters over from RAW, drop Hogan and all should be fine.
