I think I see what's happening now.
You probably have posted more than your stats, but the part of the server that updates you to a regular must be using people stats to update you to regular, which means that until your stats, whether they be wrong or not, go up to 300 posts and 10,000 words then you won't be a regular.

No, they haven't. It's not the SR staff who update you to regular status. It's automatically updated by the server at 4am in the morning, but you've obviously not posted 300 posts yet.
The Top Posters list must be wrong as well as your stats.
