Here's how 2 get a couple of the "Secret" Dog Tags on the game:
-Olga: Search her body after defeating her.
-Peter stillman: Search Fatman after beating him.
Also, you can search Pliskin/Snake once you've tranquillized him with the M9/PSG1-T, and depending on what difficulty level you're on, you can get one of the following Dog Tags:
-Solid Snake
-Liquid Snake
-Ironaqu Pliskin
-Meryll Silverborough
-Hideo Kojima
