Anyone seen the original Village of the Damned? I havent yet but I am hopefully getting the remake on DVD Monday morning. This is an excellent film directed by John Carpenter (Halloween, Escape from New York). From what Ive heard it is nothing compared to the original but I still think its a bloody good film. Stars Christopher Reeve and the lovely Kirsty Allie. About a village (really?) where every women becomes pregnant at the same time and all give birth to alien children. Then they try to take over and try to kill all their parents. It really is a brilliant plot, I would recommend it. I still want to watch the 1950's version though, its suppose to be better as it is obviously in black and white, therefore creates a better atmosphere.
