Looks good to me. But then I am probably very biased. I love RPGs. Love them. To bits.
But I think anyone would have to admit this is looking very good, and with NGC mag awarding it over 80% it seems to be the first stop for hardcore RPG fans to get their fix on the Cube. It revolves around turn based battles (okay, some of us hate them, I'm not too keen on them myself) and when fighting an enemy you do not fight them yourself... instead you use your trusty deck of cards to deal out punishment. You can summon enemies you have captured in card form to attack in various ways, and different cards also perform other actions apart from attacking (I assume these are things like healing your character or enhancing other cards). The combat system also seems quite deep with the elemental factor of cards, for example, water is strong against fire, and fire is strong against wood, etc. This should help to add more depth than the average RPG fare of more experience points and higer levels usually wins the battle.
The strategy also sounds intriguing, as you make your deck at the beginning of each level, but in battle, 4 cards are randomly picked and assigned to each of the four main buttons on the pad. This means you need a good all round deck as you're not going to be able to pick which cards to use in which battle. Well, I must say it sounds very interesting... I will hopefully get this title when I can afford to. I'm a sucker for RPGs and there really aren't enough good ones on consoles...
Oh, and if anyone has contacts inside Nintendo, tell tham to make another Mario RPG game (a sequel to Paper Mario perhaps) or I'll send the boys round...

Yup I saw that program a few times... only kids TV I've watched in ages, so it can't be that bad :D
Anyway, the game is looking pretty nice, and while I will definitely still be getting the likes of Zelda, this looks like a good distraction into the world of more traditional RPGs, with all the experience points, levelling up and that lot. Which may sound boring, but when you like RPGs as much as I do you'll spend ages tinkering with characters, stats and stuff...
Anyway, the game looks.. interesting, i'm sure there's pleanty of potential, but i think i'll wait for the likes of zelda and kameo.
