What if you have an Xbox, and you have problems with it scratching discs. I know MS should repair the box under guarantee, but what about any damage to your discs like DVD's or XBox game discs? If a perfect disc that u own is "broken" by the machine, can u get some sort of compensation to help replace your damaged discs?

I phoned Bill and he said you are putting it in wrong. Come on how hard can it be.
