Grrrr, having come back from a nice relaxed and drunk birtday weekends, I found that the bank have paid my ex landlady £177.67......

One angry phonecall later the best they can do is for me to wait five days beforeringing me back.

Which I know they won't.

Grrrr, I decided to give up smoking this morning.

That lasted exactly 1 hour 12 minutes 23 seconds.

So i reckon the bank owe me both the money and 10 minutes of my life back please..........


I shall be ringing them tommorow, s0d there five days wait, im gonna hassle until i get it back.

They were bought up by the Hong-Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation, or HSBC for short. That's why they screw up so much.

i worked in a bank for two weeks for work experience (finished last week) pretty cool in there some of the stuff they get up to

Although if its a computer problem I'm partly to blame, I work for the company that maintains there computer systems and software!!!!!!

I wonder if if that why Midland changed there name to HSBC, to try and fool us into thinking they aren't a bunch of muppets.

Which they are, as I have had dealings withthem in the past with my Live account - trying to charge me tax when I was 14 pah!

Well, not quite, but they've screwed me over once too often too, so as soon as i can fit it around my work, i'll be down there, and if i don't leave a happy person, i'm opening a natwest bank account : )
