Well, not here, it's just that on one of my surfs recently I'm sure I caught a glimpse of some Dreamcast II details, but my browser performed an illegal error and I can't remember which site I was on. I've been looking desperately for information ever since, but no joy. Has anyone else heard where you can see specs/pics/details of the new Dreamcast II? If you know, post it here please.
Or maybe even the new Hikaru arcade board! Who knows.

I doubt if it were any Dreamcast 2 details, I imagine that you saw some information regarding the new Naomi 2 arcade board which is designed in conjuction with Dreamcast so that all games designed on Naomi 2 can easily be recreated in perfect conversions to the DC. At the Moment we have Naomi, and Naomi 2 is the new one. I think this may have been what you saw.
Actually, you've made a huge mistake. Every games company start work on their next product after the current one is released. Sony have started working on the PS3- even having bought copyrights to the name. However, this does not mean that the DC2 is going to be released any time soon. Basically, they have guessed how good processors will be in about 3-4 years time, and are building an architecture based on that. In reality their guesses will be way off, but they need something to do in the meanwhile... so don't worry- ever simgle company's hardware department continually improves their designs. In fact, the only company I have ever seen go back and improve their current hardware (NOT add-ons!) is Nintendo, whose hardware departement found a cool way to allow the SNES to make cD graphics in the form of Starfox. In actual fact, the chip was never designed to do this!

Nope don't look for stupid rumours and illegal sites as they are wrong, the DC is still here, the games are coming out, it's too early to speculate.
Look at the Gamecube, Nintendo didn't pour out the details so quickly.
