Any chance of being able to modify DNS records, i.e. adding a MX record so email is delivered directly to an exchange box?
We were told in February 2007 that this would be available "soon", so don't hold your breath.
Certainly does seem to be on the cards then. It will make using Exchange boxes a great deal easier rather than having to rely of flakey MS POP connectors!

Not an official answer for you, but Eccles (Freeola staff) recently said:
"You cannot do this yet but we are in the process of finalising the necessary updates to MyFreeola to allow you to point your domain to your IP or change your mail MX records.
Sub domains should also be available to those who are interested."
