To use the same wrestlers around 3 times in one show is awful, especially if Spike Dudley is one of them!
The mixed tag was possibly the worst match I've ever seen! AND THAT ENDING, JACKIE TOTALLY BUGGERED UP! In fact, that 'bulldog' that Trish did, and the boos that came from the crowd when she 'pinned' Jackie was probably the most entertaining bit of the night.
Two weeks ago they showed William Regal and Chris Harvard eating dinner at WWE New York. This week, they can't be bothered to even interview Scotty. Well, ---- the WWE then.
The main event was a cheap way of getting a pop, and it didn't even work. Shawn Micheals babbled on for 10 minutes before finally getting to the point, Mr Nash injured himself for 8 months and William Regal cried.
Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life, Vince.
*drools*
OK, everyone always says they know what's best for the WWE, so I will too
This is what they should do on RAW
Get the ECW guys in the hardcore division (not RVD) and have them beat the holy HECK out of Bradshaw, the camp cowboy. He doesn't even defend the title, they just stick him in tag matches. This is bad. Give Raven the belt and feud him with Dreamer, then have Dreamer (eventually) win the belt, only to be challenged by Justin Credible. Keep it going from there
Get the nWo out. Sorry, but they're pants. Make Undertaker retire, after jobbing the belt to Booker T (after a good feud) Benoit and Booker work well together, so feud them, then have Benoit win the title. Then feud him with RVD and then have him win (I'm talking over a VERY long period of time here by the way) Keep the Booker/Goldust segments going, they rule
Eddie G is probably going to SmackDown, so I won't bother with him, but if I had to use him, I'd give him the IC title and feud him with whoever was around
At least Smackdown was a fair show with inoffensive matches. Unfortunately, not outstanding.
RVD's leap was tremendous.
Even J.R. echoed your sentiments Ant in the latest Ross Report - he admitted that it wasn't good enough. I feel sorry for Nash though, I was looking forward to him in action. It looks increasingly likely that HBK will get back in the ring, which I'm not sure about. I want to see him in action because he's probably my favourite wrestler of all time (along with Mick Foley), but if it means he'll suffer long term back damage, and only be at 50% performance anyway, I think he should leave it - what's the point of busting your gut and doing serious long term damage to your physical condition if no-one's watching?
Plus, all i see Shawn Michaels doing at the moment is the Sweet Chin Music and rambling on about Triple H!
Bradshaw now looking like a gay Texan makes it worse.
