My name has taken on a somewhat Purple hue, and all of a sudden I feel a little bit more willing to express my opinions, post in prime topics, and look down a little on those who have a red tinge to their names.

Yeh. It did kind of sneek up on me.

Ive had that feeling recently too, good isn't it, however did you 'become' due to the stats mess up by SR, i feel slightly cheated....... but I dont want to go back!
