Which is the film you most enjoy? the one that you could sit down and watch again and again.

Mine's American beauty.

I've been hoping for that Special Edition for the last 2 years now. Still not arrived. Never will.

When I got the DVD I was begging for an alternative ending but alas, there was nothing. I checked the region 1 release too - only 3 trailers.

I want a Carlito's Way Special Edition too.

Ive got plenty of favourite films but the Star Wars saga (including The Phantom Menace) is by far the best! I can watch them over and over and still see new things each time that Ive missed previously and never get bored! Cant wait for Attack of the Clones to become available to buy!

I couldn't call one film my favourite, so these are the ones, which I really like:

Gladiator
Lord of the rings: The fellowship (pre-ordered, aug 6th can't wait)
Die-hard trilogy
Star wars trilogy (how could I not put these films in?)
Saving Private Ryan
Hard Boiled (John Woo certainly doesn't make them like this anymore)
Black Hawk Down
The Thing (John Carpenter certainly doesn't make them like this anymore)

There are probably others, but these are the one which stand out.

It's got to be 'The Usual suspects' for me.

I have just aquired the D.V.D in fact. Great extras.

Out takes are a hoot.
